Researcher biography
Yuwan is from Nepal and has a Master of Arts in Sociology. He has over ten years of experience in project management and participatory action research. His areas of expertise include poverty reduction, climate change, disaster risk reduction, humanitarian assistance, livelihoods, and natural resource management.
Yuwan joined the UQ Energy & Poverty Research Group in July 2015. His research will focus on energy poverty: unravelling socio-political constructs of energy deprivation.
